If you use Warka on behalf of an organization, your employer is typically the data controller for employee HR data entered into the product. Warka acts as a processor for that customer data under applicable data protection laws and our agreements with customers.

We collect information in three main contexts: website visitors, prospective customers, and platform users.

• Website and marketing: pages viewed, referral source, device/browser type, IP address, and cookie identifiers where applicable.
• Demo and contact forms: name, work email, company name, team size, and messages you submit.
• Account and product use: login credentials, profile details, billing contact information, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Customer HR data: employee and workforce records that customers upload or generate in Warka (for example directory profiles, attendance, leave, recruitment, performance, and payroll data).

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve Warka; respond to demo and support requests; send service-related communications; secure our systems; comply with law; and analyze aggregated usage to improve the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer HR data for unrelated advertising purposes.

Customer HR data is retained according to the customer subscription and applicable contract terms, and deleted or returned upon account closure where applicable.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation in the application layer, and monitoring for abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use strong credentials and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
